2. Training Disclaimer
All CPR, AED, BLS, and workforce training programs provided by Allied Advantage Solutions are for educational and informational purposes only.
While our training follows industry standards and recognized guidelines, participation in training does not guarantee certification, prevention of injury, or successful outcomes in emergency situations. Participants acknowledge that hands-on training carries inherent risk and
agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors. All participants assume full responsibility for their participation in training activities and agree that Allied Advantage Solutions shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in training sessions.
3. Consulting Services Disclaimer
All healthcare and organizational consulting services are intended to provide general guidance, strategic insight, and professional recommendations to support operational improvement, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness.
Allied Advantage Solutions does not guarantee results or business outcomes, as implementation and decision-making remain the sole responsibility of the client. Allied Advantage Solutions shall not be liable for financial losses, operational outcomes, regulatory
findings, or performance results resulting from the use of consulting services. Clients acknowledge that consulting recommendations are not legal, medical, or financial advice and should consult appropriate licensed professionals when necessary.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Training & Certification Classes Clients may cancel or reschedule CPR, AED, BLS, or workforce training sessions up to 48
hours prior to the scheduled class for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session and no-shows are
non-refundable. If Allied Advantage Solutions cancels a training session, clients will receive the option of a full refund or rescheduled session. Group and on-site training sessions may require a deposit or minimum participant commitment. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
Consulting Services
Consulting sessions may be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance for a full
refund or service credit.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled consulting appointments may result in
partial or full forfeiture of payment.
Deposits for consulting engagements are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a
signed service agreement.
Digital Products & Resources
All digital materials, downloadable tools, and electronic resources are non-refundable.
7. Certification & Compliance Disclaimer
Allied Advantage Solutions provides training that aligns with recognized industry standards. However, certification issuance and regulatory acceptance depend on the governing credentialing organization and employer requirements. Clients are responsible for verifying that training meets their specific employer, academic, or regulatory standards.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, training materials, resources, and consulting documents are the intellectual property of Allied Advantage Solutions and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
